We had a festive Fourth of July, including a parade and picnic in a friend's neighborhood, a ballet class that was surprisingly not cancelled, and a barbeque and fireworks at my parents' house. The fireworks would be hard for me to describe, but oh yes, I can just use Kazha's words:
They look like a huge colony of cute, tiny worms! (Sie sehen aus, wie ein Colony von suessen kleinen Wuermern!)
And they did, actually.
Lots to write about since I last wrote, I'll probably upload a bunch of pictures one of these days to try to catch up...
